In 2022, Boomer Lightning approached alavista.mx with an urgent need to modernize their website, resolve payment gateway issues, and begin positioning themselves digitally. Despite having been around for over a decade, they lacked a clear digital social brand presence or functional sales channels.
The project began with a focus on consolidate your B2C channel, restructuring its store, building visual content, and activating high-impact campaigns. Over the past 8 months of collaboration, the focus strategically evolved toward B2B model, developing specific campaigns for micro-segments such as architects, hardware stores, electricians, and distributors. The entire project was operated, coordinated, and fully advised by alavista.mx: from web development to campaigns, logistics, content, sales support, and results analysis.

Boomer Lightning faced a critical scenario: Their website wasn't working, their payment gateways were inactive, and they had no visual identity or digital presence. Internal processes were manual and disjointed, with no marketing strategy or defined sales structure.
WhatsApp was their only management tool, and there were no formal customer service or digital sales channels. Furthermore, there was no technical content, optimized catalog, or sales funnel.
The biggest challenge was transforming a completely disconnected operation into a scalable commercial ecosystem, focused first on consumer sales (B2C), and then migrating to a highly segmented B2B structure, without losing operational continuity or reputation.

In 30 months of working together, Boomer Lightning went from having no digital presence to operating with a modern, measurable, and scalable business infrastructure. A fully functional Shopify store with integrated gateways was launched, over 800 products were uploaded and optimized, and educational, technical, and emotional visual content was developed.
