The main challenge

The opening of its second branch in Punto Sur presented several key complications that needed to be resolved:

  1. Little known location:
Punto Sur Plaza was a hidden location with limited traffic, which complicated the natural flow of customers.
  2. Lack of visibility in online searches:
Their presence on digital platforms was limited, which affected the restaurant's discovery on Google.
  3. Increase customer base and reservations:
They needed specific strategies to improve reservations and increase visitor flow, especially among new potential customers.
  4. Differentiation in a saturated market:
Its unique value proposition needed to be effectively communicated: original seafood dishes served in an innovative way.

The result

Through strategic execution combining physical and digital tools, the results speak for themselves:

  1. 25% increase in visits and reservations:
SEM advertising campaigns and local positioning on Google managed to attract more customers interested in experiencing the Happy Shrimp experience.
  2. Virtual tour and presence on Google My Business:
The virtual tour allowed customers to visit the branch from the comfort of their homes, becoming a key tool to increase interest.
  3. Consolidation as a leading restaurant in the area:
Happy Shrimp is now recognized as a premier dining destination in the South Point area.
  4. Greater engagement on social media:
Its digital channels grew in both reach and engagement, strengthening relationships with current customers and attracting new visitors.

Mechanisms used

SEM Strategies (Google Ads):

Local campaigns were launched targeting keywords related to seafood and restaurants. These increased visibility on Google and Google Maps, attracting interested customers and directing them directly to the restaurant's profile and location.

Virtual tour:

We developed an interactive virtual tour that showcases Happy Shrimp’s unique atmosphere and design. This made it easy for customers to explore the restaurant from their devices, building interest and trust before their visit.

Social media management:

We created strategic and visually appealing content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Campaigns such as “Another way to serve shrimp” highlighted the restaurant’s authenticity, increasing engagement and connecting with a local and digital audience.

Local positioning on Google:

We optimized their Google My Business profile to highlight reviews, location, and amenities. This ensured Happy Shrimp appeared among the top search results in their area and helped attract more bookings.

Advertising on billboards and BTL:

Spectacular displays were designed in strategic areas to reinforce physical presence. In addition, actions such as flyers in shopping centres increased exposure, complementing digital initiatives and attracting nearby customers.
